So how does our reporting work?

  • Reporting Setup: Upon your onboarding, our expert Account Managers will set up all necessary tracking systems and sprint boards.
  • Data Collection: Our Account Managers will collect data from all departments every 2 weeks and use it to compile the monthly reports. 
  • Sprint Updates: At the end of each sprint cycle, our Account Managers will compile the list of tasks that were implemented for that sprint, and email it through, to make sure our priorities always align.
  • Monthly Reporting: Our Account Managers will generate and send monthly reports by email on the first day of the month.
  • WIP Meetings: During the first week of the month, Account Managers conduct monthly WIP meetings with you to run over your report and address any wins, updates, requests or concerns.
  • Review & New Sprint: Every 2 weeks, the Account Managers will review the reporting work and progress within the current sprint. They will then address any issues, conduct retrospectives, and use the backlog to plan the next sprint cycle.
